This ever happen to You?...
Early one morning I was out walking my dog, just before going to work. My son couldn't walk the dog this morning, so even though I was dressed up in my suit I figured I could take my dog on a quick walk around the neighborhood. A little while later, when my dog finished his "business", I attemped to scoop up his droppings using a simple plastic shopping bag. Unfortunately for me, the bag broke open just enough for me to soil my hand....and then it dropped down until my nice slacks....Ugh!!! A load of expletives shot out of my mouth, as my neighbors got an earful of my misery. I got mad at the broken plastic bag, mad at my dog, mad at everyone. It just ruined my day...
I knew there had to be a better way. I went to the pet store looking for a better product. I saw plastic scoops, scoops that looked like my children's sand-playing scoops, even fancier rigs that had built-in handles, hand-rakes, etc. Some of these items were bulky. Everything I found at the store required that I either clean it after its use, or dispose of a very expensive bag/plastic/liner system. There had to be a way to scoop up pet waste without having to "clean up" or change liners/bags afterwards! I started working in my garage until I developed something that met all my needs: SCOOPICK! .... It's as Easy as 1, 2, 3. Place your hand in the bag, bend the built-in scoop into a "u", scoop, pull the bag over the waste, and tie. Then just throw away!
